B.Tech admission procedure and eligibility crieteria in Sathyabama University

BE/B.Tech/B.Arch admission procedure and eligibility crieteria  in Sathyabama University.

Admission based on all india entrance test conducted by Sathyabama University on 13-04-2014 (SUNDAY)

Eligibility Criteria

FOR ALL B.E. / B.Tech COURSES (OTHER THAN BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL)
Should have passed in HSC (10 + 2) from any State board or CBSE/ICSE with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates who are appearing for HSC (10+2) Examination in March/April, 2014 can also apply and their admission is subject to successful completion of HSC/ICSE with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates should have passed 10th class or equivalent examination either in April 2011 or after, with a minimum aggregate marks of 60%.
Candidates who have passed HSC (10+2) before April, 2013 are not eligible to apply.

FOR B.Tech - BIOTECHNOLOGY, BIOINFORMATICS AND BIOMEDICAL COURSES
Should have passed in HSC (10 + 2) from any State board or CBSE/ICSE with Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates who are appearing for HSC (10+2) Examination in March/April, 2014 can also apply and their admission is subject to successful completion of HSC with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates should have passed 10th class or equivalent examination either in April 2011 or after, with a minimum aggregate marks of 60%.
Candidates who have passed HSC (10+2) before April, 2013 are not eligible to apply.

FOR B.Arch COURSE
Should have passed in HSC (10 + 2) from any State board or CBSE/ICSE with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Mathematics Physics and Chemistry.
Should have secured a minimum of 80 marks (Out of 200) in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted by Council of Architecture.
Candidates who are appearing for HSC (10+2) Examination in March/April, 2014 can also apply and their admission is subject to successful completion of HSC with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates should have passed 10th class or equivalent examination either in April 2011 or after, with a minimum aggregate marks of 60%.
Candidates who have passed HSC (10+2) before April, 2013 are not eligible to apply.
